Burning time: 8 hours
Base: The base of the candle is conical in shape, which means that the candle fits most candle holders.
Self-extinguishing: The candle is self-extinguishing, the flame goes out 2-3 centimeters from the bottom (however, we recommend never leaving a burning candle unattended).
Extinguishing Guide: We recommend using a candle extinguisher to extinguish the candle. This prevents smoke and ensures that the candle is completely extinguished, preventing the wick from smoking.
Tips for burning a candle: For the candle to burn optimally, we recommend keeping the wick short, placing the candles at a minimum distance of 10 cm from each other and avoiding placing the candles in currents air vent or above a radiator.

IN-STORE COLLECTION
Collection in store is free and takes place at Maison - Nad Yut (39 rue de Charonne, 75011 Paris)
Monday: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday to Friday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday: 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
For items in stock, the lead time is 24 hours. For items on order, the delivery time is indicated on the product sheet. As soon as your order arrives, we will notify you by email. Your package will be available for 6 months.
DELIVERY COUNTRY
We deliver your packages to mainland France, Corsica, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
Furniture and bulky packages can however only be delivered to mainland France.

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
Delivery is free from 150€ of purchase in Metropolitan France (except for furniture and bulky packages).
Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination address and the weight of your package.

BELGIUM : delay of 3 to 5 days | Price: between €8.50 and €22.50 at home - between €3.90 and €15.90 at a relay point
NETHERLANDS : 4 to 6 days delivery | Price: between €8.50 and €22.50 at home - between €4.90 and €20.90 at a relay point

VOLUMINOUS FURNITURE AND PACKAGES
Furniture and bulky packages can only be delivered to mainland France.
The delivery price is €89.
When purchasing bulky items, you should ensure that they can be delivered by internal elevator or staircase, and that they can pass through doors. We cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering bulky items due to narrow access (doors, streets, corridors, stairs, etc.).
In the event of absence on the day of delivery or in the event of an error in the delivery address, you will be charged the costs of redelivery.
RETURN AND REFUND
You have 15 days from delivery or collection of your order to exchange or return your items to us. To return your order to us, send us an email to bonjour@nadyut.com .
The refund of the order will be made after receipt and verification of the products.
