This dry hot water bottle is handmade in a workshop in Montpellier. It is filled with organic French-grown flax seeds. One side is printed cotton and the other is bamboo micro-terry for added comfort.

The flax seed dry hot water bottle is perfect when heated (1 min in the microwave) to relieve menstrual cramps and muscle pain, or to warm up long winter evenings. It can also be used cold to soothe a sprained ankle or other injury.
