Breton Love by Maiwenn
Join us from June 25 to 27 at our Parisian address for the Amour Breton Pop-up.
We look forward to welcoming you to 39 rue de Charonne for this colorful, seaside-themed event! While you wait to meet us at the store, we'll take you into Maewenn's world to discover her inspirations and exciting projects.
Amour Breton's story is about a brand that transforms Breton identity into a free, humorous, and confident universe. Combining elegance, humor, and a feminist spirit, it reinterprets regional codes to create everyday items with character.
Amour Breton represents a Brittany proud of its roots, yet resolutely modern, inclusive, and a little irreverent.
I'm Maiwenn Nicolas, the cheerful and happy host at Amour Breton.
Amour Breton is a free and joyful laboratory that tells the story of Brittany as it inspires me: colorful, generous, gourmet, and whimsical.
This creativity is explored on various media: books, scarves, t-shirts… But also with brands to tell new stories (Merci, Ysé, Fragonard…).
Generally, the brand's signature is: color, patterns, stories.
Everything that creates connection! Flowers, gardens, landscapes, meals, inspiring people. Everything that has character and can be shared. I love it when there's laughter, singing, dancing, and self-expression.
The scarf, because it's something that can be gifted, that spices up an outfit, that can become a child's comforter, a nod to a loved one... It tells so many intimate stories.
Always stories to tell with Amour Breton. Those that are still secret with collaborations, and ours that come to life when we feel it's the right moment...
In either case, you'll have to keep your eyes open; we're still a bit secretive, hehehe.
The dining room!
I love the idea of a room built around a table and conviviality. This room can be instantly elevated with nothing more than a beautiful bouquet on the table. I love its evolving nature and the fact that it is both a functional and decorative space.
You get the picture… Plants and flowers… The more time passes, the more my apartment turns into an acclimatization greenhouse! Even the paintings praise botany.
A small original piece by Maïwenn Fresneau. I love her world so much, very poetic and gentle, just like her. I find it sublime. One day, I'll get myself a large format from this artist, I can't wait!
