Infusion - Verbena Mood

This tea can be infused several times (up to 3 to 5 times when hot), and each cup tells a new story, gradually revealing floral, fruity, and then more vegetal notes.

For an iced version, brew the tea hot, then let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. You can also brew it directly from cold and let it chill for 4 to 6 hours.

Cold brewing produces a milder, less bitter tea with more subtle aromas.
