Boissier House

Founded in 1827 by Bélisaire Boissier in Paris, Maison Boissier is renowned for its innovative candied chestnuts and luxury confectionery. Bélisaire, a passionate confectioner, opened several boutiques in Parisian streets, attracting an elegant clientele. The famous “candy ball”, a creation by Boissier, has become a timeless classic.

Cyrille Robineau took over the house in 1857, expanding the offering and the prestige with refined packaging. Surviving three wars, four generations run Boissier, introducing artistic metal boxes.

After a period of dormancy, Sylvie Douce and François Jeantet relaunched the brand in 2000, preserving its heritage and artisanal know-how, while innovating with modern recipes and designs. Boissier remains a symbol of tradition and modernity in confectionery art.
