  • DLC: 4 years
  • Storage: Keep at room temperature (cupboard, cellar, etc.). Choose a dry place away from light. Foie gras improves as it ages and regains a more melting and less brittle texture. Refrigerate the day before serving. About 60 minutes before eating, unmold the product and let it oxygenate at room temperature. Foie gras is served chilled, but not iced.
