This vinegar comes from a triple maturation in old barrels of Cognac, in the cellars of the village of Bouteville, produced in an artisanal way.

It ages for a minimum of 3 years in order to develop its magical aromas which are so dear to it. It will be easily used by cooking lovers in a multitude of recipes.

Compagnie de Bouteville produces exceptional condiments in the village of Bouteville in Charente. Since the 19th century, they have aged their products in barrels that once contained Cognac. Baume de Bouteville is a French balsamic condiment aged in Cognac barrels. It is softer, lighter and less acidic than vinegar.
